On Saturday May 27th, 2017, the Sudbury Horticultural will host the 7th annual Sudbury Gardening Festival to celebrate gardening in Northeastern Ontario. The event will be held at the YMCA Centre for Life and Parkside Centre from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on that day. It will once-again include gardeningrelated vendors, exhibitors and speakers, as well as the Society’s spring plant sale and juried horticultural show.
Each year we invite artists and crafters to book a booth at the Festival to sell gardening-related products that they have created. Outdoor booths will be available at the front of the YMCA building and indoor booths will be available in the Kinsmen Rooms at the Parkside Centre. Booths will include one or two six-foot tables. Indoor booths will have cloth tablecloths and outdoor booths will have plastic tablecloths. (There is no protection from the elements for outdoor booths so most vendors have set up their own portable canopies.)

In the past our vendors have sold paintings of birds and flowers, ceramic flowerpots and birdfeeders, concrete birdbaths and stepping stones, cast iron garden ornaments, wooden birdhouses, etc.

All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance for this event or purchase it for $15.00 through the Sudbury Horticultural Society. Rental payments to confirm your reservation can be made on-line with a credit card or by cheque made out to the SUDBURY HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY and mailed to me at 181 Garson-Coniston Road, Garson, ON P3L 1G3
