Ontario Trillium Foundation – Information Sessions Invitation

October 24, 2016

Do you have a new project that you need to test or a new idea that needs to be developed? OR

Do you have a proven and successful project that you want to scale up for greater impact?

In either case, this workshop may be for you.

The Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) is hosting workshops focusing on the GROW  and SEED Investment Streams throughout the Durham, Haliburton, Kawarthas and Pine Ridge catchment area during the months of October and November.

Topics to be covered:

SEED INVESTMENT STREAM:

  • What fits in the SEED investment stream?
    • How do the grant results and application questions interconnect?
    • Why is learning from your project important?
    • How evaluation and the collection of evidence is important.

GROW INVESTMENT STREAM:

  • What fits in the GROW investment stream?
    • How do the grant results and application questions interconnect?
    • Why is evidence important and what role does it play in the assessment?
    • Why are metrics and demonstrating impact important?
    • Why is evaluation important? When are pre and post surveys required?

This session will include new exercises designed to help attendees better understand how each part of the grant application relates to, and supports the other elements.
