Music and Film in Motion (MFM) is pleased to announce the official opening of the submission period for the eleventh Northern Ontario Music and Film Awards (NOMFA). This year, MFM is introducing a smooth new online submission process for bothfilm/television and music award categories. This system will help to simplify the submission process for applicants as well as facilitate the jury process. Thorneloe University, federated with Laurentian University, is proud to announce that it will receive a $62,500 grant from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) towards funding unique film and TV production workshops for students enrolled in its Motion Picture Arts (MPArts) curriculum within its Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree program.
